: In addition to the duties, duties and powers written elsewhere in this Act, the other duties, duties and powers of the Chief Executive Officer shall be as follows:-
(a)    to execute or cause to be executed the decision of the Committee,
(b)    Formulate the strategic development plan of the Fund and submit it to the Committee for approval,
(c) Prepare annual income and expenditure statement and annual report and submit it to the committee for approval,
(d) To implement or cause to be implemented the long-term strategic development plan and annual program approved by the committee (e) To periodically submit the progress report of the works done by the fund to the committee (f) To conduct and manage the day-to-day financial and administration of the fund and supervise, control, direct, monitor and supervise the subordinate staff,
(g) To make the various departments, branches and offices of the fund set the target and carry out the work,
(h) Prepare long-term and short-term plans and programs and submit them to the committee (i) To implement the approved plans and programs according to the target (j) To review the work progress quarterly and submit the related report and the quarterly financial report of the fund to the committee,
(k) Purchase or restoration of house, land or machinery and other equipment under the approved budget and maintain the same,
(l) enter into any contractual agreement with any person, firm or company for financial transactions of the Fund,
(d) According to the requirements of the fund, the committee may take loans as prescribed and while taking such loans, it shall be done in accordance with the prevailing company laws,
(d) Select the agent bank in the process of payment based on the terms and conditions determined by the committee (n) To perform such other functions as may be prescribed in connection with the operation of the fund.
